The NYE menu was offered and I had the Monaco meatball, the Camembert bisque, and the manchego-crusted beef tenderloin with the chocolate mousse and oatmeal/peanut butter cookie for dessert. It was all spectacular! We also all tried the recommended wine pairings and everything was perfectly laid out. I highly recommend this restaurant and absolutely adore the staff/owners. "What a great find! They recently opened and seem to be doing everything right. The ambience, view and space are beautiful! We sat inside and got to look out at the lake and walk around to see the art and stage they have set up. The owner, Sylver, told us they have performers come in on certain nights to sing and or do a play. This is a family establishment and great for all ages.
The food and mimosas were quite delicious! They have unique menu options rather than your typical burger or taco...what a great change of pace. "We attended the New Year's grand opening and were delighted with the location, the restaurant ambiance, the menu, the service, the wine and the food.
The whole dining mood was set well by the friendly staff and servers. The food presentation, portions, and taste set a high water mark (no pun intended) for our area dining. We expect to return for dinner again for our own pleasure and to show our out of town guests the best that New Braunfels has to offer. We have tickets to the first dinner theater presentation and expect the same superb quality of dining and entertainment."
